We offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
After processing, the estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days to most addresses in the contiguous U.S. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Carrier
We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to fulfill your shipment. All carriers are reputable and provide tracking services. Currently, we do not offer customer-selected carrier options.
Order Changes & Address Correction
Please contact us immediately at info@thursdayboots.sbs if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in lost packages; we are not responsible for such losses.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
